On the Forth day of my Riau Islands visit, I have visited Batam Indonesia’s most beautiful tourist place. I have haired a car for 24 hours rent is 250000 IDR (18.33 USD) from rent a car.
Welcome Batam Monument: I have started my visit from welcome to Batam Monument. This is a monument located on top of the Bukit Clara at Batam Center Batam Indonesia. If you are from Singapore on the ferry, you can see the monument when you are approaching the Batam Fast ferry terminal.
I guess every visitor to Batam needs to have their pic taken with this landmark to testify that they indeed have been to Batam Indonesia.

Barelang Bridge after visit welcome to Batam monument I have visited Barelang Bridge. This is the most popular tourist place in Batam Indonesia. The Barelang Bridge is a chain of 6 bridges of various types that connect the islands of Batam, Rempang, and Galang, Riau Islands.

kampung Vietnam or Galang Refugee Camp is an 80 hectares refugee camp built in Galang Island, Batam. This refugee camp accommodates around 250,000 refugees from Vietnam on 1975 in the Vietnam war. In this camp, there were built complete facilities such as hospitals,
school, barracks, jail and prayer building, Now it is a Muzium.

Cakang Beach:
Cakang Beach is located on the corner of Galang Island at the very end of Batam. To go here you must pass all the Barelang bridges (Batam-Rempangg-Galang).
From Batam, you need to travel approximately 2 hours to get to this beach. you must use a private vehicle. Public transportation routes to get there are not yet available.
Cakang Beach is managed by the local community. Sometimes the entrance is opened sometimes not. Entrance fee of Rp. 10 thousand only.

Reviola Beach is still not famous but one of the most beautiful beach in Galang Baru, Batam.
